I love to find beauty in the balance between the shadows and the light. They are rarely inseparable. They are complex and totally opposite and yet they cannot live without the other. Just like real connection.
What is real is beautiful.

I love emotive images, full of connection and intimacy. I love what a Drama Queen Mother Nature can be and I try to honor your location choice in an artful way. Light is my partner in crime and we dance a jitterbug all day to bring every mood to your story.

The Hudson Valley in New York is my home-base and we have so many incredible Wedding Venues here but I’m always down to travel for super rad folks!

Yes, it’s really “just” an Engagement Session, but to me it’s all about the Connection. Yours as a couple. And mine with you. These are for any couples, not just weddings!

and she was able to capture so much emotion in our photos. We didn’t want anything super posed or staged and Sam delivered tenfold! She graciously maneuvered through divorced family dynamics and toddler meltdowns during family photos and made everyone feel so at ease and taught me how to handle the long train of my dress like a pro. You just feel like she’s got you and you can trust her. She felt like part of the family even though we had just met her. And we absolutely LOVE our wedding photos. We can’t recommend her enough!

We begin with a Zoom chat

After you fill out my contact form, I’ll send over my full Pricing Guide with all the details you’re looking for. Then we’ll schedule a Zoom, absolutely adore each other, and then make it official!
