I am a mother and a photographer. I’m a jeweler and a wanderlust traveler. I love to find beauty in the balance between the shadows and the light. They are rarely inseparable. They are complex and totally opposite and yet they can not live without the other. Just like real connection. What is real is beautiful.

I’ve spent over 10 years shooting all types of weddings, large and small, all over the country, and I’m so blessed that I get to do this work. Coming into this second decade of weddings, I am loving the continued addition of smaller, more intimate celebrations and elopements that 2020 brought- there is so much beauty in the space they hold. I’m so fortunate to live in such an incredible part of New York that lends itself to epic and beautiful locations no matter what the size or type of wedding you’re having.

Observation and Connection are the two most important intentions I hold when I photograph weddings. I love emotive images, full of connection and intimacy. I love what a Drama Queen nature can be and I try to honor your location choice in a creative way. Light is my partner in crime and we dance a jitterbug all day to bring your images to life.

No matter what type of wedding you choose, your wedding day is important. To you. To your families. And to me. And I don’t take it lightly. I understand that you’ve (probably) never done this before and you may not even know where to start! Don’t worry- I’ve got you! After shooting well over 400 weddings, I have learned so many helpful ways to keep your wedding day from feeling like a play, allowing you to exhale, have fun and enjoy your amazing wedding day!
